Movement gives us ENERGY and makes us FEEL ALIVE! But not all of us can move in the same way and not all of us enjoy the same types of movement. For me yoga and dancing are my hands down favorite ways to move. Maybe for you it's running, swimming, or biking. Or maybe you can't think of a movement you would enjoy. The physical activities people participate in are endless. FIND SOMETHING. Sweat to the oldies, climb an indoor rock wall, ice skate, surf..just COMMIT to that thing and do it! You're not going to regret it. .
